Aavash Chhetri is a Research Assistant at NAAMII working in the MultiModal Learning Lab and is completing his final year at IOE Pulchowk Campus. His research interests lie in federated learning, multimodal learning, and reinforcement learning.
His work explores how machine learning systems can be trained across distributed data sources while preserving privacy, and how different types of data can be effectively combined to improve model performance. These research directions are particularly relevant for applications in healthcare and other privacy-sensitive domains.
