Danda Pani Paudel is a leading researcher in computer vision, spatial AI, and 3D scene understanding, with more than 15 years of experience in geometric learning, multimodal AI, and real-world machine perception. His research focuses on enabling machines to understand and reason about the physical world through 3D/4D visual data, vision-language models, and spatial intelligence systems.
His research career spans leading AI institutions, including ETH Zurich and INSAIT, and he has authored more than 100 scientific publications in top-tier venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, and AAAI. His work has contributed to advances in 3D reconstruction, visual SLAM, scene understanding, embodied AI, and large-scale spatial reasoning systems.
